Refund policy
This explains how NudgeMe handles refunds for prepaid credit purchases.
Credit purchases
NudgeMe sells prepaid credit packs. If you need help with a purchase, contact support and include the email address on the account and any relevant payment details.
Approved refunds
When a payment is refunded, the matching purchased credits are reversed from your account. If some of those credits have already been used, your balance can become negative and you will need to top up before sending more reminders.
Used credits
Credits already consumed by reminder delivery are treated as used service value. Refund requests may be refused where reminders have already been sent or provider costs have already been incurred.
