These terms cover how NudgeMe is provided and the responsibilities that come with using the service.
Service scope
NudgeMe is a self-reminder service. You may only use it to send reminders to your own verified contact details through the supported channels made available in the product.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping control of the email address used to sign in. We may suspend or limit accounts involved in abuse, fraud, excessive automation, or attempts to use the service outside its intended scope.
Credits and billing
Credits are prepaid and are consumed when an email reminder is accepted by the delivery provider. Prices, pack sizes, and channel support may change over time.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but reminder delivery depends on third-party providers and network availability. NudgeMe is not a substitute for professional or statutory notice systems where guaranteed delivery is required.
